HOW it works:

1. Book online
Use our easy ONLINE FORM to tell us about your fundraising needs and to select your start and finish dates. (We recommend running your fundraiser for 2 - 4 weeks.)

2. Get Ready, Get Set…
The Sparkplug Coffee fundraising team will set up an order sales page for your campaign, personalized with your group’s info and images.

If you’ve opted for CUSTOM LABELS, we will also design coffee labels for your crew!

3. GO! Launch Your Campaign!
Share the link to your fundraising sales page with your supporters. All they need to do is click the link to go to our website and order. ALL orders are placed online, so you don’t have to deal with cash.

4. Keep up the momentum!
We’ll send you reports every couple of days to let you know how sales are going. Your team members can keep the momentum up by talking up the fundraiser in their social networks.

 

5. Order Fulfillment - it’s coffee time!
At the end of your campaign, we pack everything up and ship ALL the orders to ONE address. Your group distributes using the packing slips we provide so it’s easy to know who gets what.

Campaigns with less than 25 items sold are charged a flat rate delivery fee of up to $20. Sales of 25 items or more ship for FREE.

6. Get Paid & Celebrate!
Your group earns $4 per bag for each $20 Standard-sized bag of coffee and $8 for each $42 Large-sized bag of coffee sold. PLUS, a BONUS of $15 for every 25 items you sell. Your group will receive a cheque or e-transfer within 1 week after the coffee is shipped.

We recommend picking 4 or 5 coffees for your fundraiser, but you can go wild and offer them all!

  • Campaigns with sales of 25 items or more ship for FREE.

    Campaigns with less than 25 items sold are charged a flat rate delivery fee of up to $20.

  • All purchases are delivered to your fundraising organization.

    We make it easy for you to sort the coffee to distribute to your supporters using the individual packing slips provided.

  • We are a proudly Canadian company and help groups anywhere in Canada - coast to coast to coast.

    Coffee is roasted and your order is sent from our workshop in Toronto, Ontario.

  • It depends how much you sell. A great sales target is 10 bags of coffee per team member.

    This will earn $40 to $80 for your group from each member of your team. Ten people will earn over $500.

    Add some of our famous Perk Me Up chocolate covered coffee beans to your offering for some additional earnings from CHOCOLATE LOVERS!
