HOW it works:
1. Book online
Use our easy ONLINE FORM to tell us about your fundraising needs and to select your start and finish dates. (We recommend running your fundraiser for 2 - 4 weeks.)
2. Get Ready, Get Set…
The Sparkplug Coffee fundraising team will set up an order sales page for your campaign, personalized with your group’s info and images and offering the coffees your group has selected.
If you’ve opted for CUSTOM LABELS, we will also design coffee labels for your crew!
All coffees are offered in 2 sizes (350g and 900g) and with a choice of whole bean or ground. See the FAQ section below for current pricing.
3. GO! Launch Your Campaign!
Share the link to your fundraising sales page with your supporters. All they need to do is click the link to go to our website and order. ALL orders are placed online, so you don’t have to deal with cash.
4. Keep up the momentum!
We’ll send you reports every couple of days to let you know how sales are going. Your team members can keep the momentum up by talking up the fundraiser in their social networks.
5. Order Fulfillment - it’s coffee time!
At the end of your campaign, we pack everything up and ship ALL the orders to ONE address. Your group distributes using the packing slips we provide so it’s easy to know who gets what.
Sales of 25 items or more ship for FREE. Campaigns with less than 25 items sold are charged a flat rate delivery fee of $10 - $20 depending on distance from Toronto and weight of the shipment.
6. Get Paid & Celebrate!
Your group earns 20% on every bag of coffee sold.
Get paid by cheque or e-transfer and celebrate your fundraising success.

Your group earn 20% of pre-tax sales. For example, your supporter pays $20 for a standard-sized bag of coffee and your group receives $4.

It depends how much you sell. A great sales target is 10 bags of coffee per team member.
Your group earns 20% of sales which adds up to about $60 from each member of your team if they sell some standard and some large bags of coffee. Ten people selling 10 bags each can earn over $600.
