You’ll get an email confirmation of every order and regular reports to let you know how sales are going and how much you’ve earned so far.

For TEAM (sell LOCAL) fundraisers, the reports can include which student / team member to attribute the sale to. And when the orders are delivered, we include a packing slip for every order that specifies who bought it, what they bought, and which team member / student sold it. 

For SELL LOCAL Fundraisers, your group earn 20% of pre-tax sales and 15% for the SHIP DIRECT fundraising option.

That works out to $4 or more for every bag of coffee sold. Nice!

We recommend picking 4 to 6 coffees and your group can sell ANY or ALL of the Sparkplug signature coffee blends including decaf, low-caffeine, and the limited edition.

Sell teabags (not loose leaf) of organic black tea and herbal tea, plus hot chocolate and other treats.

SELL LOCAL: Team Fundraisers. Coffee prices start at $20 for standard 300g bags and $45 for large 900g bags. A 5-pack of PERK ME UP chocolate drenched coffee beans sells for $28. Orders are shipped TOGETHER in ONE shipment after online sales are closed.

SHIP DIRECT Fundraisers. Coffee prices start at $28 for a 300g standard-sized bag of coffee & go up to $50 for a Large 900g bag.

SELL LOCAL: Team Fundraisers. At the close of the Fundraising Campaign, all items are shipped together to ONE address. Campaigns with sales of 25 items or more ship for FREE. Campaigns with less than 25 items are charged a flat rate delivery fee of $10 to $20 depending on weight of shipment and distance from our Toronto workshop.

SHIP DIRECT Fundraisers: Shipping fees are paid by the BUYER. Orders over $80 ship for free, orders under $80 have a flat rate shipping fee of $7.25 to any address in Canada.

With our Sell Local: Team Fundraisers, ALL purchases are delivered to your fundraising organization in ONE shipment. Everything is nicely organized so it’s easy to sort & distribute the coffee to your buyers.

With our Ship Direct Fundraisers, EACH order ships directly to the BUYER as it comes in.

Each coffee is sold in 2 sizes with a choice of whole bean or ground.

Standard (300g) - makes about 35 cups of coffee. Large (900g) - makes about 100 cups of coffee

Customize your fundraiser with custom names for each coffee. Pick names and we’ll design custom coffee labels just for your campaign. The $25 fee for designing & printing custom labels is WAIVED once your campaign reaches 15 items in sales. Surely you can sell 15 bags of coffee!

Note that CUSTOM LABELS is an option for the Sell Local: TEAM fundraisers only and is NOT available for SHIP DIRECT fundraisers.
