We’ll send you reports at least 3 times a week to let you know how sales are going and how much you’ve earned so far.

Your group earn 20% of pre-tax sales.

For example, your supporter pays $20 for a standard-sized bag of coffee and your group receives $4.

How much you earn in total depends on how much you sell.

A great sales target is 10 bags of coffee per team member.

Your group earns 20% of sales which adds up to about $60 from each member of your team if they sell some standard and some large bags of coffee. Ten people selling 10 bags each can earn over $600.

We recommend picking 4 to 6 coffees for your fundraiser.

The booking form guides you to a good assortment of best sellers that appeal to most coffee tastes.

Coffee sells for $20 for standard 350g bags and $45 for large 900g bags.

A 5-pack of PERK ME UP chocolate drenched coffee beans sells for $28

Note that these prices are for Team and School Fundraisers that ship in ONE shipment to the fundraising team.

Each coffee is sold in 2 sizes:

Standard (350g) priced at $20 - makes about 40 cups of coffee

Large (900g) priced at $45 - makes about 100 cups of coffee

Give each coffee you sell a name - something meaningful for group.

We’ll design custom coffee labels just for your campaign. We can use your logos or drawings on the labels.

A $25 for designing & printing custom labels is WAIVED once your campaign reaches 15 items in sales.

Surely you can sell 15 bags of coffee!

Campaigns with sales of 25 items or more ship for FREE.

Campaigns with less than 25 items sold are charged a flat rate delivery fee of $10 to $20 depending on weight of shipment and distance from our Toronto workshop.

With our Do It For the Teamfundraisers, ALL purchases are delivered to your fundraising organization in ONE shipment.

We make it easy for you to sort the coffee to distribute to your supporters using the individual packing slips provided.

With our Hands-Free Ship-Direct fundraisers, each order is sent directly to the purchaser.
