How do we share the fundraiser with our supporters?

We will help by giving you designs and a customized QR code that you can share in emails, on posters, and on social media.

Is there a minimum order or upfront cost?

Nope! No minimum order, no risk, no money down.

How long does it take?

It can be as quick as 4 or 5 weeks from start to finish. Book TODAY & get started next week, next month or next year… whatever suits YOUR timeline.

How do we keep track of sales?

We’ll send you regular reports to let you know how sales are going and how much you’ve earned so far.

How much do we earn?

For SELL LOCAL Fundraisers, your group earn 20% of pre-tax sales and 15% for the SHIP DIRECT fundraising option. That works out to $4 or more for every bag of coffee sold. Nice!

How do we choose which coffees to sell?

Your group can sell any or all of the Sparkplug signature coffee blends including decaf, low-caffeine, and the limited edition. Cocoa & treats, too! We recommend picking 4 to 6 coffees and the booking form guides you to a good assortment of best sellers that appeal to most coffee tastes.

How much does the coffee sell for?

SELL LOCAL: Team Fundraisers. Coffee sells for $20 for standard 300g bags and $45 for large 900g bags. A 5-pack of PERK ME UP chocolate drenched coffee beans sells for $28. Orders are shipped TOGETHER in ONE shipment after online sales are closed.

Ship Direct Fundraisers. Coffee prices start at $28 for a 300g standard-sized bag of coffee & go up to $50 for a Large 900g bag.

How much does shipping cost?

SELL LOCAL: Team Fundraisers. At the close of the Fundraising Campaign, all items are shipped together to ONE address. Campaigns with sales of 25 items or more ship for FREE. Campaigns with less than 25 items are charged a flat rate delivery fee of $10 to $20 depending on weight of shipment and distance from our Toronto workshop.

Ship Direct Fundraisers: Shipping fees are paid by the BUYER. Orders over $80 ship for free, orders under $80 have a flat rate shipping fee of $7.25 to any address in Canada.

Who is the coffee delivered to?

With our Sell Local: Team Fundraisers, ALL purchases are delivered to your fundraising organization in ONE shipment. Everything is nicely organized so it’s easy to sort & distribute the coffee to your buyers.

With our Ship Direct Fundraisers, EACH order ships directly to the BUYER as it comes in.

Where do you ship?

We are a proudly Canadian company and help groups fundraise everywhere in Canada - coast to coast to coast. Coffee is roasted and your orders are sent from our workshop in Toronto, Ontario.

What are the coffee sizes?

Each coffee is sold in 2 sizes with a choice of whole bean or ground. Standard (300g) - makes about 35 cups of coffee. Large (900g) - makes about 100 cups of coffee

What are CUSTOM COFFEE LABELS?

Customize your fundraiser with custom names for each coffee. Pick names and we’ll design custom coffee labels just for your campaign. The $25 fee for designing & printing custom labels is WAIVED once your campaign reaches 15 items in sales. Surely you can sell 15 bags of coffee!

Note that CUSTOM LABELS is an option for the Sell Local: TEAM fundraisers only and is not available for SHIP DIRECT fundraisers.
