A blend of coffees from Tanzania and Costa Rica, Tommy Turtle is a light roast to highlight its bright and citrusy characteristics. It is like a Costa Rican sweet limón - perky and citrusy, not at all tart or sour.

Tommy Turtle is particularly delicious made as a pour over / drip / filter coffee. The lighter roast and delicate flavours really shine when brewed and served black or with just a dash of milk.

Tommy Turtle is 28 feet (8.5 m) tall and was built in 1974 to welcome visitors to Turtle Mountain Provincial Park
Turtle “Mountain” is actually a plateau that straddles the Manitoba / North Dakota border
The area is a migratory corridor for turtles, moose, and all kinds of birds

Standard (300g)
The Standard delivers 300 grams or about 30 or 35 great mugs of of coffee - it's as much as we can squeeze into a Canada Post lettermail envelope. The Standard typically keeps 1 coffee drinker happy for 2 weeks.
Large (900g)
The Large delivers 900 grams of Sparkplug Coffee and makes about 100 mugs of coffee. The Large is designed to keep 2 coffee lovers (or 1 serious coffee fiend) going for 3 to 4 weeks.
