I've been thinking about making a boozy - or should I say, spirit-infused coffee (that sounds more classy) for ages! At least since the special edition Holey Smoke coffee we did a couple years back that tasted a bit like bourbon.

And now the dream is real and Pre-Orders are OPEN for "FOCUS"

This Whisky-Infused* Coffee melds premium Colombian coffee with the flavours of a sweet and spicy Canadian 4-grain whisky.

Only a VERY limited amount is being made.

Roasting begins first week of September 2021.

It’s A Winner!

SPARK Photo Festival X PhotoED Magazine X Sparkplug Special Edition Coffee

The label of this Special Edition coffee features Lucas DeClavasio’s winning photograph from the SPARK Photo Festival X PhotoED Magazine X Sparkplug Coffee “Focus on Coffee” competition.

The judges unanimously selected his photo, “Focus” as the winning image that best represents a creative, imaginative and technically well-executed interpretation of the theme, “coffee at home.”

Not only is Lucas' digital in-camera, double-exposure photo featured on this LIMITED EDITION bag of beans, but it is being exhibited in September 2021 at the SPARK Photo Festival in Peterborough.


RECOMMENDED BREWING METHODS:

You can use any coffee maker with this Special Edition coffee for delicious results.

However, we think an espresso-style shot or a strong brew made in a French press, auto drip coffee maker or AeroPress will highlight both the coffee and the whisky flavouring.

I usually drink my coffee black but may add a dollop of dairy to this one. Kinda like an Irish Coffee! And it’s non-alcoholic so perfect for breakfast or my to-go travel mug!
