If you’re a scooterist like me, "two stroke" may make you think of a vintage Vespa or cool motorcycle. Or maybe even a chainsaw with its basic, two-stroke motor.
2 Stroke Coffee is a different kind of two stroke.
Our newest creation, the 2 Stroke feature coffee combines 2 coffee beans, roasted and mixed in just the right way to be equally delicious whether brewed hot or cold.
Delicious cold brew coffee - so easy to make!
To create the 2 Stroke Coffee, we started with an amazing bean from a small co-op in Panama. Grown in the Bouquete region, close to the Costa Rican border in Panama's green mountain highlands, the volcanic soil and elevations create some of the most remarkable coffees in the world. We roast this bean on the lighter side of medium to bring out notes of honey and toasted nutmeg.
Then we combine this wonderful Panamanian bean with a marvelous bean from Brazil. The Brazilian is sourced from a co-op in the north of Brazil, not far from the Venezuelan border. It’s roasted medium-dark to bring out hints of cacao. And maybe a bit of caramel?
Together, these two beans make a winning combination.
