When I was a kid, my dad’s dream car was a 1955 (or was it ‘56?) Chev Bel Air so I named this coffee thinking of him and of cars and coffees that are so good that you dream about them for years after you first encounter them.
I’m not saying that our medium roast, Brazilian blend, BEL AIR coffee is as iconic as the car - but it is truly delicious!
Our BEL AIR was created to show off a coffee from Cerrado Mineiro, a region of southern Brazil between the capital Brasília and São Paulo, that has exact right mix of altitude, weather and terroir for growing premium quality coffee.
BEL AIR has all the characteristics you’d expect from a coffee from this region with a full body, sweet chocolatey taste, and low acidity. Some say they get hints of filbert but I get more chocolate and caramel than nutty tones. Put some in your coffee maker and discover for yourself how tasty this coffee is!

HOW TO BREW?
BEL AIR is a versatile coffee that is well suited to most coffee makers.
Enjoy it as a filter coffee - pour over, Chemex, automatic drip coffeemaker. I also love it in an AeroPress (no surprise there, I think EVERY coffee is great in an AeroPress) and it is also yummy made as espresso or in a french press.
