This time, we’re off to Honduras for our seasonal coffee. JETSETTER is a medium roast, smooth and sophisticated coffee. Naturally sweet, mild and full-bodied this makes a delicious cup. We like it best brewed - in our automatic coffeemaker or pour over. And you know that I love this one in my Aeropress. Is there any coffee that doesn’t suit an Aeropress? Not that I’ve found!
Have you had coffee from Honduras?
Only a few years ago, Honduran coffees were known as pretty boring and were mostly used as inexpensive and inoffensive bases for other coffees. Some Honduran farmers even shipped their coffees over the border to sell as Guatemalan beans because they could get a better price.
But in the last few years, Honduran coffees have changed and now Honduras is known for producing some amazing coffees. Another interesting fact is that almost all coffee grown in Honduras is certified organic. Including the beans in our Jetsetter.
