Price Changes, New Deals & Perks

I started Sparkplug Coffee ten years ago to deliver delicious coffee to people like you and me - a convenient, reliably great coffee service delivered to your door. I’ve been working hard to continually improve the coffees and ensure a high standard of service while also staying affordable. 

As you know, there have been unprecedented changes in all costs from coffee (at a 50 year high right now) to shipping (Canada Post prices went up 25% in January 2025) to packaging (increases of 10% to 300% over the past couple years). 

PRICING OVERHAUL

As a result, we took a look at our prices and made the decision to overhaul our pricing structure to make sure you get the best value possible, while also covering our costs and a little profit.

Many prices went UP, some stayed the SAME, some went DOWN (really!!) 

WHAT'S CHANGED?

There is now a bigger savings for Autopilot Coffee Club members vs buying a la carte, a bigger price difference between standard and large bags, and a deal for buying more than one bag of coffee at a time.

• SIMPLER PRICING

• All of our signature, always-available coffees are now the same price instead of having two price levels for signature blends. 

• Limited Edition coffees still cost a little more than our signature blends since they are extra-special and more expensive to source. 

• GO LARGE!

  • Prices went up for the Standard (300g) bags and either stayed the same, or went up or down by $1 or $2 for Large (900g) bags.

  • This means that Large bags are an even better deal in terms of cost per cup compared to Standard-sized bags.

• BUY 2+ DEAL

  • We’ve set things up so that everyone gets an additional savings for buying two or more bags of coffee at a time. 

  • This deal is automatically applied, no special code needed. Mix and match - any size, any coffee, subscription or a la carte. (Not applicable to Fundraising coffees or prepaid gift subscriptions.)

• SHIPPING INCLUDED 

  • OK, this is not a change. 😁 Unlike other coffee companies, our prices still include standard shipping, anywhere in Canada, no minimum purchase or longterm commitment required.  See the Shipping FAQs for more info on our shipping options and policies.

• INCREASED BENEFITS FOR AUTOPILOT COFFEE CLUB MEMBERS

  • As part of the Autopilot Coffee Club, you now save $4 per bag compared to the non-member price on ANY size or blend of coffee. (It used to be saving $2 on a standard bag and $4 on a large bag.) 

  • Autopilot Coffee Club members also get a special deal on non-subscription bags of coffee.

  • Other benefits of being a member stay the same - no longterm commitment, prices locked in for at least a year from when you join, pause or cancel anytime, pick the frequency that suits YOUR life…
