I don’t know if you’ve been following the Canada Post news but I’ve been watching it anxiously.
Canada Post is in negotiations with the Canadian Union of Postal Workers and, if things are not settled in the next few days, a labour disruption - strike or lockout - could happen as soon as Saturday July 2nd. Here’s the latest news update from Canada Post.

Now that I've discovered the Empty Cup Awards, I’m not just going to be mentally critiquing the choice of coffee drunk on TV (really? she’s drinking that swill?!), I’m going to be watching for empty cups, too!

Most of us don’t pay attention to this and don’t clean our grinder regularly. Over time, coffee oils and residue build up and can start to affect both the taste and performance of your grinder.
