All the way from Papua New Guinea. A medium-dark roast coffee, SUPERSONIC makes me think of s’mores: melted chocolate and toasted marshmallows plus graham crackers and smokiness from the campfire.

Of course, we don’t actually roast the coffee over a campfire. To get that complexity and earthiness, we take a medium roast Papua New Guinea coffee and add a dash of dark roast Sumatran and Latin American beans.
